Audit Policy:

Audit-Only status is designed for those desiring to attend a course without receiving credit or transcript evidence. Enrollment is subject to permission from the academic dean and the instructor. Auditors do not complete any group or individual assignments and are generally involved in class only as observers, though individual instructors may sometimes allow auditors to participate in discussions.

Audit courses are a flat rate of $50.00 per course.

Conditional Fees:

*Reactivation Fee: $50.00

After six months of inactivity, the student must pay a reactivation fee to resume courses. Once the fee is received, the student may resume studies.

*Official Transcript Fee: $15.00 per transcript

*Returned Check Fee: $35.00

A check returned unpaid by the bank for insufficient funds will be subject to a service charge. A second returned check will result in losing check writing privileges for the remainder of the semester. All subsequent payments must be made through a money order, certified, or cashier’s check.

The Seminary reserves the right to change these fees; some increases may be necessary in succeeding years. Every effort is made to keep students' expenses as low as possible.

We know textbook affordability is a concern across the country. Through our partnership with Chrisianbook and Amazon, we offer you several cost-saving options.

Payment Policy:

A monthly payment plan is also available.  All students are required to fulfill all of their financial obligation at the time of registration, unless a tuition payment agreement between the student and Grace Biblical Seminary have been made prior to registration.

Every effort is made to keep student expenses low as possible. Students pay only a portion of the real cost of their education, because of the contributions of generous friends of the seminary. The Seminary does, however, reserve the right to raise its tuition and fees without notice, as the need arises.

There is NO need to get into debt!

Grace Biblical Seminary is not eligible for its student to receive Federal, State grants, or any government loans for tuition purposes.
